Two leaders in the telehealth industry – Insight Telepsychiatry and Regroup Telehealth – merged to form a juggernaut in telepsychiatry.

New leadership presented an irresistible branding opportunity to solidify preeminence in the telepsychiatry. We joined forces with their team to craft a corporate identity that speaks to potential clinician partners, patients and investors.

Our strategy to support this direction focused on the practicality of a wide spectrum of care conveniently available to patients. Throughout creative workshops and team discussions, we honed in on attributes of trust and sustainability for patients and partnership.

In naming, we avoided the all too common ‘tele’ and ‘tela’ to help differentiate from competitors. Approachable name candidates were narrowed, and “Array” (uh – REY) was selected. This name not only has a clear connection to a broad amount of care services but also hopeful, sunny imagery.

Array’s visual branding reinforced the message behind its name with a range of bright colors and movement.

You’ll see that the new corporate logo forms a symmetrical, rotating shape supporting its vast spectrum of behavioral care offerings. After seeing our design capabilities in a hyper-responsive partnership, their team extended the project into digital work. Everything from a new website design to stationery and marketing collateral.

Visually, our concepts reinforced the message behind the name with a range of colors and movement. Impressed with our branding outputs and responsive partnership, the team extended the digital work to include collateral and website design.
