The Account Executive supports both business development and the creative teams. Manages team expectations for various project deliverables. Works directly with Account Vice President and/or Account Director to assist in client meetings and relations, as necessary. Attends all client meetings and contribute by having a deep knowledge of the company process and also be available to provide timeline options for next steps.
Maintains the highest level of quality for both internal and external deliverables and communications. Offers support and coverage for cross-over areas in other creative services activities to fulfill the company’s overall objectives. Upholds a presence as a positive addition to the organization and supporter of Operational and Corporate initiatives to benefit company growth
Build business contacts and relationships through use of resources such as LinkedIn and Salesforce through calls, emails and mailings
Maintain internal databases with all current prospect and client information, continuously updating and improving our client base
Develop trust-based relationships with prospect clients
Manage prospect communications, interactions and relationships
Clear and prompt internal communication of status, potential RFP pipeline, and prospect needs
Work with the marketing team to create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns
Bachelor’s degree required
One to three years of strategic selling skills with a proven track record of success
Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction
Motivated to work in sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality/correctness of prospect communications
Experience with building relationships
Strong presentation skills
