Branding Intern – Charlotte, NC

This internship will be working across multiple departments of Addison Whitney, including verbal branding, brand strategy, market research, account services and visual branding. The intern will gain experience and insights into the entire branding process by working with and shadowing all departments of the company.

  • Able to excel in both creative and analytical tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Internet research capabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to multiple deadlines
  • Professional attitude
  • Working knowledge of a foreign language a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus, but not required
  • Internship Activities

  • Contribute creative to naming and brand strategy projects
  • Support on creation of brand deliverables alongside account representatives
  • Assemble client presentations and other documents
  • Conduct internet research and compile data
  • Code open ended responses for Market Research
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Attend client meetings and presentations
  • Attend training sessions to provide insight and tips for entering the corporate world
