CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, May 6, 2008- Addison Whitney has been selected as a winner in the 2008 American Inhouse Design Awards presented by Graphic Design USA. The national design competition accepted over 5,000 entries from all over the country and after judging about 500 firms were honored.
The Addison Whitney Visual Branding Team was recognized for their design work on the Addison Whitney Healthcare Promotional Mailer and "Left brain, Right brand" advertisement for Addison Whitney that appeared in MedAdNews. Nick Irwin, Graphic Designer, explained that “the rationale behind the advertisement was to emphasize how branding utilizes both sides of your brain through its creativity while balancing the more logical or strategic side of your brand. The brain was also broken down to highlight our core capabilities.”
The awarded-winning pieces will be published in the American Inhouse Design Awards Annual to be released in August 2008.
