brand consultancy, recently welcomed James Malatesta to the company as a Senior Brand Manager. James will support the company out of its newly opened office in Midtown Manhattan. He will guide existing clients through brand development initiatives from conception to launch, as well as continue to cultivate relationships with prospective clients throughout the Northeast. James joins the Addison Whitney team with over 20 years of experience in branding and product development, including former positions on both the client and agency sides of the industry.
Prior to joining Addison Whitney, James held account management and strategic planning roles at such reputable agencies as DDB Needham New York, Berlin Cameron & Partners, Pittard Sullivan and Daymon Worldwide. James was involved in brand development initiatives for a diverse group of leading brands including Heinz®, Michelin®, Tropicana®, Travelocity®, Time Warner®, PetSmart® and Target®. Most recently, James has been involved in an entrepreneurial venture. He established and led Concierge Consulting, a strategic planning firm specializing in business planning and brand development for emerging companies and brands.
