brand consultancy, is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Purdy to the company. Bill is the latest addition to the healthcare team, where he has taken the role of brand consultant.
Prior to joining Addison Whitney, Bill held various positions in the pharmaceutical and functional food sectors over the last 15 years. He started his career at what was then known as Glaxo working on brand-building promotional initiatives for Zantac®, Imitrex®, Zofran®, Flovent® and Serevent® along with the entire Glaxo Dermatology franchise of brands. Eventually it led to various CME development and copywriting positions across the industry; and ultimately to an entrepreneurial venture as the founding partner of a patient-consumer advertising agency, where he developed innovative and award-winning work for the likes of Kraft®, Kellogg’s®, Nestle®, Proctor & Gamble®, McNeil® Consumer Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield® of North Carolina. Bill holds degrees in English and Business graduating cum laude from Rowan University out of New Jersey.
