Addison Whitney Creates New Tagline for Wise Foods Inc.
Wise Foods Inc. recently launched a new tagline, “Snack Loud! Snack Proud!” created by the Addison Whitney verbal branding team. The new tagline is displayed on the Wise company Web site at www.wisesnacks.com.Wise Foods is a leading snack food manufacturer. Wise began as a single grocer selling potato chips in brown bags. Today, the company manufactures a wide variety of snack products, from potato chips to Cheez Doodles®, and distributes to retailers throughout North America.
Wise engaged Addison Whitney to develop a more modern tagline that would appropriately display the spirit of the brand to current and prospective customers. Addison Whitney created a wide range of tagline options, exploring cues of flavor and fun while incorporating the brand’s East Coast heritage. Addison Whitney also conducted a tagline validation research study on the top tagline candidates to gauge how well each option resonated with target audience members. Ultimately, Wise selected “Snack Loud! Snack Proud!” as its new corporate tagline.
