We are headquarted in Charlotte, NC and have global offices in the Pacific Northwest, Europe, and Asia.

What We’re Looking For:
The account management position will contribute to Addison Whitney by expanding the network of potential business contacts through direct and indirect sales techniques. The candidate will develop a working knowledge of the core offerings the company provides.

This position requires:
• Self-development and education on industry trends and regulations
• Building and identifying key contacts across multiple industries
• Mapping account breakdowns with intimate detail of a firm’s organization/assessing next steps
• Providing the team with weekly leads on potential new business/new projects

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound sales calls with prospective future clients
• Build business contacts and relationships through use of existing resources such as Linkedin and Sugar CRM (through calls, emails, mailings and in-person visits) as well as additional prospecting and business development methods.

Quantifyable metrics:
• 100 calls a day on new or existing accounts
• 70-250 follow up emails a week in pursuit of proposals and NTO closure
• Participate in 3-4 pitches a month as requested by department SVP
• Maintain internal databases with all current prospect and client information, continuously updating and improving our client base
• Identify further opportunities for Addison Whitney to provide meaningful client value

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Sales Experience
